Hand Harvested tempranillo, completely destemmed. Cold pre-fermentation and whole grain fermentation. Free run juice fermented in stainless steel tanks.
Soil pH is <5 so the wine has more fruit concentration and low acidity.

Perfect pairing with a good conversation. Grilled octopus, steak tartare, pasta, roasted chicken and other delicious soft meats.
Bright, clean and elegant, red with violet tones wine. Juicy tannins with mineral notes and sweet aromas of blueberries, blackberries and raspberries and raisin hints. Firm and precise on the palate.
