On its lees for the first 6 months. Malolactic Fermentation in French barrels.
 
Aged 30 months in French oak and 40 in bottle inside the winery at a perfect dark, temperature and humidity.
 
14 % ALC. BY VOL.
 
Perfect pairing with Ibérico bellota ham, beef and dry aged beef, bison, suckling pig, grilled lamb and all kind of excellent meats.
 
Aromas of cassis and prune blend with creamy oak, fresh acidity and precise weave of lithe tannins threaded with fine-tuned acidity. Smoked Indian spices, mineral, long and persistent velvet aftertaste.
To drink now or this can be cellared with confidence for at least another 20 years.
